Our CNC lathes can handle up to 12-inch diameter stock, and our 4-axis CNC mills can be configured for a variety of projects.
These are supported by an arsenal of traditional manual machines for hands-on care, and an array of inspection equipment to ensure QA at every step.

We specialize in 303, 304, 316, 400 series, and 17-4 Stainless Steels, Mild Steels, Tool Steels, Alloy Steels, all grades of Aluminum, Copper, and Brass Alloys.

Additionally, we also work with performance plastics and materials such as Delrin, Nylon, Nylatron, Teflon, FEP, Vespel, Kynar, Hydex, Polypro, UHMW, PVC, PEEK, Rulon, Iglide, and laminated materials included Phenolic, G10, and G11, as well as various other composite materials.

Our team has decades of experience in helping new complex projects become reality. Our machinists will gladly work with your engineers, using both traditional techniques and modern modeling - such as FDM Additive Manufacturing - to find efficient, repeatable, testable methods to meet your needs.

In addition to our in-house resources, our network of Vendor Partners ensures access to services such as Heat Treating, Plating, Passivation, Electropolishing, Painting, and Welding in order to supply you with parts ready for use or final assembly.
